摘要
目的:了解癌症患者及其家属社会支持状况以及强化社会支持对改善疾病不确定感的影响,从而提高患者生命质量(QOL)。方法:采用疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)和社会支持量表对2006年1～6月住院的200名癌症患者及其家属的社会支持状况和QOL进行调查、评分,并对评分结果进行统计分析。结果:疾病不确定感与强化社会支持之间存在负相关(r=(0.369,P<0.05),社会支持得分高低对其总的QOL满意度有影响(P<0.05)。结论:社会支持可降低癌症患者及其家属疾病不确定感并提高其社会支持程度。
Objective：To understand the social support status-quo and the effect of strenthen social support on improvement he disease incertitude of cancer patients and their family members,thus to improve the quality of life of cancer patients.Methods：The social support and the quality of life of 200 patients and their family members from January-June 2006 were interventigate by MUIS and social support,and to analyze the results.Results：there was negative correlation between disease incertitude and strenthen social support（ r = -0. 369, P 〈0.05）, and the scores of social support was effect the quality of life satisfaction （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Social suppot could reduce the disease incertitude of cancer patients and their family members and improve the degree of social support.
