摘要
目的观察不同消毒方法对野战传染病医院组室内空气消毒的效果。方法分别采用过氧化氢气溶胶喷雾法,紫外线照射法和空气消毒净化器消毒法现场消毒,计算空气中自然菌的消亡率,比较了3种空气消毒方法对室内空气中自然菌消毒效果。结果在室内无人条件下,3种空气消毒方法消毒处理60 min后,空气中细菌总数均在卫生标准规定范围内;而随着进入人员活动增多,气溶胶喷雾消毒和紫外线照射都处于停止状态,随时间延长,细菌数不断增加;而空气消毒净化器可继续运行,从而保持细菌总数符合要求。结论 3种空气消毒方法,在无人条件下,对室内空气中自然菌均具有很好的消除效果;在有人条件下,只有空气消毒净化器可持续消毒,保持室内空气细菌总数符合规定标准。
Objective To observe the effect of different disinfection methods of unit air in the field infection hospital.Methods On-the-spot disinfection trial was applied.Results Under unoccupied condition,with spraying aerosol of the disinfection solution containing 3% hydrogen peroxide,followed by closing the room for 30 minutes,resulted in killing 91.28% of natural bacteria in infectious room air.Ultraviolet irradiation for 60 minutes resulted in killing 94.47% of natural bacteria in air.Operation of the air-cleaning disinfector for 60 minutes could eliminate 90.04% of natural bacteria in air.Under occupied condition,after disinfection with the three disinfection methods for 60 minutes,the total bacterial count in the air was within the range specified in sanitary standard,but with people coming and working,aerosol spraying disinfection and ultraviolet irradiation were stopped.The bacterial count increased uninterruptedly as time went on.Only air-cleaning disinfector worked,and the total bacterial count could be kept to the lower level.Conclusions In unoccupied room,the three disinfection methods have better efficacy in eliminating natural bacterial in air.In occupied room,only air-cleaning disinfector could continue to disinfect and keep the total bacterial count in air meeting the specified standard.
