摘要
目的 探讨我院医院感染的现况和特点 ,为降低医院感染率提供依据。方法 用回顾性调查方法对我院 2 0 0 1年医院感染情况进行统计、归纳、分析。结果 2 0 0 1年医院感染率为 6.87%,例次感染率为 8.63 %,感染部位前 4位分别为呼吸道 ( 4 4.5 5 %) ,泌尿道 ( 14 .93 %) ,胃肠道 ( 12 .18%) ,手术部位 ( 9.75 %)。结论 我院医院感染监测数据在国家规定范围以内 ,医院感染漏报率明显下降。加强管理 ,监测与控制相结合 。
Objective To explore the situation and characteristics of nosocomial infection, and thus provide clues for reducing nosocomial infection of the hospital.Methods The nosocomial situation in 2001 was retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results The nosocmial infection rate in 2001 was 6.87%, and the case infection rate 8.63%. The first four infection sites were the respiratory tract (44.55%),the urinary tract (14.93%),the gastrointestinal tract (12.18%),and operation incision (9.75%).Conclusion The monitoring data for nosocomial infection of Ruijin Hospital are in accordance with the national specification, and the missed report rate of nosocomial infections descended apparently. Strategies to reduce nosocomial infection include intensifying management, and combining supervision with control.
