摘要
病房、手术室、车船客舱以及其他人口聚集的房间,空气易有异味和微生物的污染。我们参照有关资料,同上海亚光卫生制剂厂共同研制成以过氧化氢为主的A型空气清香消毒剂(下简称AFD-A)。以对这些场所进行消毒。现将实验室和现场杀菌效果报告如下。
Air fragrant disinfectant type A(AFD-A)containing hydrogen peroxide was developed and tested in laboratory. The result of experiment with the disinfectant solution indicated that the perfume added had no influence on germicidal effect of hydrogen peroxide. Spray of AFD-A 30mg/m^3 in aerosol chamber could kill over 99.9% of Serratia marcescens in air after 20 min of contact and over 99.9% of Staphylococcus albus in air after 30min. The germicidal efficacy of AFD-A was lower at 32℃ than at 22℃ and was better at relative humidity of 72～74% than at 52～54% or 90～92%. Spray of 30mg/m^3 on ward could reduce bacteria in air by 90% after 20 min of contact. AFD-A at applied concentration (30～60 mg/m^3)has no adverse effect on man and no corrosive effect on material.
