摘要
军队医院保障体制、运行机制具有区别于地方医院的特点和规律,而在公共卫生服务、社会医疗保险等方面,军队医院又是国家医疗体系重要组成部分。在国家医改的政策影响下,构建军队医院内部绩效综合评价指标体系,并应用于军队医院内部管理,对适应外部环境影响,实现军地融合具有重要意义。
There are greatly different in running mechanisms and support system in the military hospital and civil hospitals.At the same time,they take the same roles in public health services and social medical insurances systems.With the deepening medical system renovation,a new kind of internal performance appraisal system was established for the military hospital and applied in the administration process,which is important for the military hospitals to adapt to the new situations and provide military and civil services.
