摘要
军队医院作为体现公立医院公益性的一支重要力量,理应在新一轮医改中发挥更加重要的作用。由于体制的特殊性,军队医院在公立医院改革体系中在人事制度改革、管理体制改革、区域卫生规划、补偿机制改革、引入社会资本等方面面临着诸多的挑战,探索既符合改革趋势,又适合军队特点的军民融合发展道路任重道远。
As an important part of public hospitals, the military hospital should play an important role in realizing the hospital commonweal property in the new health system reform. But limited by the military special system, the military hospital will face the challenges in the areas as human resources management reform, management system reform, regional health plan reform, payment mechanism reform, tary hospital, to explore the development road is still long and hard which and the militarycivil integrated demand.
