摘要
采用原子吸收法测定荔枝果肉及其核中Ｋ， Ｎａ ， Ｃａ ， Ｚｎ ， Ｃｕ ， Ｆｅ ， Ｃｒ 和Ｍｎ 元素的含量， 对进一步研究荔枝中的微量元素和综合开发利用提供了参考的数据。
The content of potassium,sodium,calcium,zinc,copper,iron,chromium and manganess in Litchi pulps and seeds has been determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.It has provided a reference data for the further studies and comprehensive utilization of Litchi.
