摘要
报道了１９９０ ～１９９９ 年湛江市０ ～３ 岁婴幼儿发中Ｚｎ 、Ｆｅ 、Ｃａ 含量的调查分析。结果显示： ①Ｚｎ 、Ｆｅ 、Ｃａ 含量十年的总平均值分别为６９－６２ ×１０ － ６ 、３７－１１ ×１０ － ６ 、５１１－６８ ×１０ － ６ ； 三种元素含量均在１９９０ 年最低， Ｚｎ 、Ｆｅ 含量于１９９３ 年明显升高， Ｃａ 含量于１９９４ 年明显升高， 以后几年趋于平衡； ②０ ～０－５ 岁组的三种元素含量均明显高于其他年龄组（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１ ） ， 在其他年龄组中Ｚｎ 、Ｃａ 含量有性别差异（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１ ） 。
An investigation of Zn,Fe,Ca in hair of infants aged 0～3 has been conducted in Zhanjiang city from 1990 to 1999.The results showed that the average values of Zn,Fe,Ca content during ten years were respectively 69 62×10 -6 ,37 11×10 -6 ,511 68×10 -6 .The content of three elements showed the lowest in 1990.The content of Zn and Fe obviously increased in 1993 while Ca content increased in 1994.The content of Zn and Fe had a tendendy of staying balance since 1993 and so did Ca content since 1994.The content of three elements in the group of 0～0 5 year-old infants was obviously higher than that of other age groups ( P <0 01) and the content of Zn,Fe showed sexual difference in the other age groups( P <0 01).
