摘要
在教师专业化成为师范教育的发展趋势和潮流的背景中,依托教育实习开展的实践性教学为教师的专业化发展奠定了实践基础。文章以促进教师专业化成长为目标、以教育实习为重点,阐述了幼师教育实习中存在的问题,分别从认识、制度和行动三个层面提出相应的对策和思路,以帮助实习生更好地实现从"学生"向"教师"角色的转换。
In the background of teacher-professionalization being the developing trend of the normal education,the practical education carried with the backing of practice teaching has laid the practical foundation for the teachers' professionalization.With the aim of promoting teacher-professionalization and with practice teaching above anything,this article makes an analysis of the problems existing in teaching practice for preschool teachers.Meanwhile,it comes up with corresponding countermeasures from three levels such as understanding,system and action,thus helping the student-teachers better change from the roles of students to the ones of teachers.
