摘要
教育实习既是高等师范教育课程的一项重要内容又是教师专业成长过程中的一个环节。加强和改进教育实习,增强师范生教育教学能力,已成为当今世界师范教育改革的一个共同趋势。目前,我国高师教育实习存在种种弊端,并没有发挥其真正的作用。本文借鉴国外发达国家教育实习改革的经验,对构建我国高等师范教育特色的教学体系,促进当前我国的教育实习改革进行了分析。
Education practice is both a important curricular content in higher normal schools and a necessary process to be a teacher. In order to improve teaching ability of normal schools students,improvement and innovation education practice is a total direction in the world. At present, higher normal schools of our country have variety problems. Education practice innovation experiences of developed country can be used for reference, forming our country characteristic teaching system and promoting education practice innovation.
