摘要
基于对高速凸轮动态性能问题的分析,设计研制了高速凸轮测试装置。该测试装置机械本体由直流伺服电机驱动,模块化组件构成,可以方便更换凸轮及改变凸轮机构的速度、刚度、载荷等参数,从而对不同状况下不同凸轮的动态性能进行测试分析。测试系统由LabWindows/CVI开发的虚拟仪器和RTX实时系统组成,RTX实时系统采样周期达到0.2 ms,负责采集数据,虚拟仪器负责数据分析处理,显示及存储。该测试装置工作稳定、可靠,为高速凸轮动态性能研究提供了一个有力工具。
Based on analyzing the dynamic problems of highspeed caln gear, a test device for high-speed cam was designed. Its mechanical construction was comprised of modular components and driven by a DC servo motor. So it is easy to replace cams and modify the cam gear parameters, such as speed, stiffness, load and so on, which is useful to analyze the dynamic performance of different mechanical conditions and different cams. The test system, which is composed of RTX real-time system and virtual instrument devel- oped by LabWindows/CVI, made good use of RTX which sampling period can reach 0.2 ms to acquire data, and took advantage of virtual instrument which was to analyze, display and save data. This test device is stable, reliable and has provided an effective tool to research the dynamic performance of high-speed cam gear.
