摘要
开关量控制是数控系统控制功能的重要组成部分,采用软PLC技术实现数控系统的开关量控制符合开放式软件数控的要求,具有良好的开放性和强大的控制能力。设计了基于Windows+RTX实时操作系统的软PLC整体结构,采用模块化设计和多线程技术对软PLC运行系统进行了具体实现,并针对软PLC运行系统的可靠性和实时性给出了测试结论。
Logic control of machine tool is an important part of CNC system,it choose soft PLC technology to complete the logic control of machine tool.The framework of soft PLC based on Windows＋RTX real time operating system is designed.Then the run system of soft PLC is realized using modular design and multithreading technology,Moreover,the reliability and real time is tested and analyzed.
