免疫营养支持在手术患者中的应用价值研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 一般而言．患者术后会发生急性炎症反应和免疫功能受损。由于患者术后摄入量达不到正常值．机体很快就会出现营养素缺乏。从而增加感染性并发症、器官衰竭甚至危及生命的风险。临床试验证实，手术患者接受免疫营养支持能够减少感染性并发症、缩短住院时间，但对病死率无明显影响。
