摘要
某气田近年来采用水平井开采方式,钻井中,在钻遇刘家沟地层经常发生渗漏性漏失及大型漏失问题,严重的影响了钻井速度,增加了钻井费用。根据某气田的钻井井漏现状,结合岩心资料,确定了井漏原因,总结了一套预防和处理井漏的SS型桥塞堵漏剂泥浆体系,并提出了相应的治理措施。为今后在该区块刘家沟地层防漏钻进提供了科学可信的配方与安全施工方案。
Recent years,horizontal wells are used to develop a gas field.When drilling Liujiagou formation,various leakage problems always appear,which will affect drilling speed.In this paper,according to the present situation of mud loss during drilling the gas field,reason of mud loss was ascertained combined with data of cores.And the type SS bridge plugging mud system for treating and preventing the leakage was summarized,and the corresponding controlling measures were proposed,which can offer scientific and credible formula and safe program for leak-protection when drilling the Liujiagou formation.
