摘要
全过程欠平衡钻井技术是近年发展并成熟的一项新技术,目前已在四川盆地低渗砂岩气藏取得显著效果,但尚未在塔里木油田裂缝型碳酸盐岩油藏进行应用。文中针对塔里木油田英买X井区常规钻井井漏、部分水平井难钻达设计目标、储层损害严重的特点,开展了英买X井区全过程欠平衡钻井可行性分析和施工方案设计,并完成了塔里木油田第1口全过程欠平衡钻水平井的现场应用。在欠平衡钻井期间,共计发现6个油层,累计厚度16m;实现了零漏失、零复杂;机械钻速相对于邻井同层位提高了74%;设计欠平衡钻井段507m,实际完成了519.11m。同时,该井创造了全国充气钻井液钻井井深最深的记录。文章形成的全过程欠平衡钻井方案,将为塔里木油田英买X井区的勘探开发提供一种有效的钻完井模式,所取得的认识将为下一步全过程欠平衡钻井作业提供有力的技术支持。
The whole process underbalanced drilling is a new technology in recent years.At present,the desirable effects have been obtained in Sichuan low permeability sandstone gas reservoir,but the technology wasn't applied in Tarim fractured carbonate gas reservoir.In accordance with the features of lost circulation in conventional drilling,and serious reservoir damage in Tarim Oilfield Yingmai X well field,the feasibility study and operation project design of the whole process underbalanced drilling has been done,and the first horizontal well whole process underbalanced drilling has been finished in Tarim Oilfield.During underbalanced drilling,six oil layers with cumulative thickness of sixteen meters have been found.Zero leakage and complication have been achieved.Compared with adjacent well in same layer,the ROP improved 74%,the design well section in the underbalanced drilling was 507 meters,in fact has been finished 519.11 meters.At the same time,the well has created the deepest well depth record on aerated mud drilling in China.The whole process underbalanced drilling plan formed in the paper would provide an advantage drilling and completion mode for Yinmai X well field in Tarim Oilfield.
