摘要
目的了解剖宫产围手术期应用抗菌药物情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机调阅628例剖宫产病历,利用计算机对剖宫产围手术期用药情况、用药种类及使用率、用药天数、联合用药等资料进行统计、分析、处理。结果用药合理性存在偏差。结论分析抗菌药使用情况有利于提高医院的合理用药水平。
Objective To investigate the perioperative use of anti-infectives in patients with C-sect SO as to provide references for rational administration of drugs in the clinic Methods Case history of 628 C-sect cases were randomly retrieved,whose data concerning medication,drug categories,DDDs,duration of medication,drug combination,etc.were SUbjected to statisticalanalyses.Results Theperioperative use of anti-infectives in themajority of C-sect patients wasn＇t rational.Conclusion Analysis the use of antibacterials may be helpful to the rational medical use.
