摘要
设计了兆瓦级风力发电机主轴的铸造工艺,利用UG进行三维造型,应用有限元软件ProCAST进行充型模拟、凝固模拟、温度场模拟,预测了铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷产生的部位。模拟结果表明,采用底注式、保温冒口、底部加冷铁等浇注和补缩工艺,可以保证铸件的顺序凝固。试生产了1件兆瓦级风力发电机主轴,符合性能要求。
The foundry process of MW wind generator shaft was designed by UG modeling and finite element software ProCAST.The filling and solidification and temperature field were simulated and the shrinkage defect distribution was predicted.The simulation results show that the casting process that filling from the bottom,the heat riser and the chills located to the bottom can ensure the directional solidification of casting,then a MW wind generator shaft produced by casting can meet the required performance.
