摘要
应用UG和ProCAST软件,对离心铸造过程中铝合金刹车盘及模具的三维温度场进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与实际情况基本一致,为工艺优化设计提供了参考。
The 3D temperature field of aluminum alloy brake disk and the mould during the centrifugal casting process were simulated by using UG and ProCAST software. The results of simulation conformed with the facts and provided reference for process optimization.
