摘要
介绍了6 MW风力发电机组主机架、轮毂铸件的结构及技术要求。采用中频感应电炉熔炼,用冲入法进行球化处理,采用树脂砂造型,并采用多分型面和底注浇注系统的铸造工艺。通过严格控制铁液的CE、w(RE)和w(Mg)量,加入Sn、Sb或Bi等微量元素,对铁液进行预处理,以及包内孕育和随流孕育,成功生产了6 MW风力发电机组的主机架和轮毂球墨铸铁件。
The configuration and technical requirements of the main machine frame and hub castings used on the 6 MW wind power set were introduced. The medium frequency induction furnace was used for melting, the pour-over process was used for nodularizing treatment, furan resin sand was used for molding, and the casting method with multiple patting faces and bottom gating system was adopted. By strictly controlling CE, RE and Mg contents of the iron melt, adding trace elements such as Sn, Sb or Bi,pre-treating the base iron melt as well as conducting ladle inoculation and stream inoculation,the main machine frame and hub castings were successfully produced.
