摘要
本文由配位多面体生长习性法则分析了ZnS,锐钛矿和γAlO(OH) 晶体的生长习性。发现ZnS晶体的各晶面的生长速度为:v(111) > v(001) = v(010) = v(100) > v(1- 1- 1- ) ;锐钛矿各晶面的生长速度为:v(010) = v(001) > v(110) > v(111) ;γAlO(OH) 晶体各晶面的生长速度为:v(100) > v(001) > v(101) = v(110)> v(010) 。此结果与在水热条件下观察到的生长习性符合得相当好。指出了当晶体结构中配位多面体只有一种方位时,此晶体的生长习性与配位多面体的形状相类似。即配位多面体顶点指向的方向生长速度快;面指向的方向生长速度慢;棱指向的方向生长速度介于两者之间。此外,本文还指出了PBC理论在分析极性晶体的生长习性时存在的缺点。
The growth habits of ZnS,anatase (TiO 2) and γ AlO(OH) crystals are investigated according to coordination polyhedron law concerning growth habit.It can be obtained that the growth rate of various crystal faces of ZnS crystal is: v (111) > v (001) = v (100) = v (010) > v (1-1-1-) ;the growth rate of various crystal faces of anatase crystal is: v (010) = v (001) > v (110) > v (111) ;the growth rate of various crystal faces of γ AlO(OH) crystal is: v (100) > v (001) > v (101) = v (110) > v (010) .This result is consistent in observed growth habit.It is pointed out that when the coordination polyhedron only has one orientation in the crystal structure,the growth habit of this crystal is similar to the shape of coordination polyhedron.Namely,the direction of crystal face with the corner of coordination polyhedron pointing the fastest growth rate,the direction of crystal face with the edge of coordination polyhedron pointing to has the second fastest growth rate;the direction of crystal face with the face of coordination polyhedron pointing to has the slowest growth rate.Moreover,it can be also pointed out that the growth habit of polar crystal can not be explained by PBC theory.
