反应条件对催化氧化苯甲醇的影响

摘要 本实验采用回流还原沉淀法制备了PVP-Pt-AlO(OH)催化剂,考察了反应条件如:水量、催化剂量、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂等因素对催化氧化苯甲醇的影响.结果表明:当水量为7.5mL,催化剂量为50mg,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为10h时,苯甲醇的转化率达100%,苯甲醛的选择性为45.7%,苯甲酸的选择性为54.3%. PVP-Pt-AlO(OH) catalyst was prepared by reduction regurgitation precipitation method and was used for the catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol. Effect of water,the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature, reaction time, solvent on the catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol were investigated. The complete conversion of benzyl alcohol was detected under the optimum conditions. The selectivity to benzaldehyde and benzoic acid reached 45.7% and 54. 3 % , respectively.
