摘要
采用水热法合成了不同SiO2 /Al2 O3 比的MCM 4 1介孔分子筛 .并分别以HY/MCM 4 1 /γ Al2 O3 ,HY/γ Al2 O3 和γ Al2 O3 为载体 ,用浸渍法制备了Mo Ni P催化剂 .以萘为模型化合物 ,考察了硫化态Mo Ni P催化剂的加氢活性 .结果表明 ,不同载体负载的催化剂催化活性均随着活性组分负载量的增大而提高 ,其中掺杂大比表面MCM 4 1的HY/MCM 4 1 /γ Al2 O3所负载的催化剂催化活性提高幅度最大 .由于MCM 4 1与HY分子筛在酸性和孔结构上存在互补性 ,因而催化剂对萘加氢存在协同作用 .提出了萘加氢的反应机理 ,认为反应网络包括两个平行路径 :一是萘加氢生成四氢萘后发生异构化或开环反应 ;二是萘加氢生成四氢萘后进一步加氢生成十氢萘 。
A series of MCM 41 mesoporous molecular sieves with different SiO 2/Al 2O 3 molar ratios were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The influence of aluminum content on the properties of MCM 41 was investigated. Ni Mo P catalysts were prepared by impregnating HY/MCM 41/γ Al 2O 3, HY/γ Al 2O 3 and γ Al 2O 3 with Ni Mo P solution, and the catalytic activity of sulfided Ni Mo P catalysts was evaluated by naphthalene hydrogenation. The results showed that the crystallinity of MCM 41 decreased with the increase of aluminum content. However, the hydrogenation activity, especially the ring opening activity, of the catalyst increased with the aluminum content. The catalyst using HY/MCM 41/γ Al 2O 3 as support showed a synergistic effect and higher catalytic activity for naphthalene hydrogenation. The reaction mechanism was proposed, and the reaction network for naphthalene hydrogenation might include two parallel pathways: naphthalene was hydrogenated to tetralin, and then the isomerization and ring opening of tetralin occurred, or tetralin was further hydrogenated to decalin followed by the isomerization and ring opening of decalin.
