摘要
浙江浙能乐清发电有限责任公司1号、2号超临界机组锅炉吹灰器投运频率较高,造成锅炉受热面吹损、引风机电耗增大、主蒸汽和再热蒸汽汽温较低、吹灰器维护工作量大等问题。对此,提出了合理分配和有计划地减少每天投运的吹灰器数量等优化措施。吹灰器投运优化后,在保证吹灰效果的情况下,每天可节约吹灰蒸汽36 t,占原炉膛和烟道吹灰蒸汽消耗量的32.2%。按每年运行300 d计算,则每台锅炉可节约化学补充水10 800 t,节约标煤1 243 t,经济效益显著。
The problems existing on supercritical units no.3 and no.2 in Yueqing Power Generation Co Ltd,are as follows:the frequency of putting soot-blowers of boiler into service is high,resulting in blow-damage of the heating surface in boiler,the specific electric energy consumption of induce draft fan is increased,the temperature of main and reheated steams being lower,and large amount of maintenance work for the soot-blowers,etc..For this,optimization measures,such as reasonably distributing and reducing in schedule the number of soot-blowers putting into service in a day etc..After optimization of soot-blowing,the steam used for soot-blowing can be saved 36 t in a day under condition of ensuring effectiveness of soot-blowing,representing 32.2% of steam consumption ofr soot-blowing.According to 300 days in operation for one year,each boiler can save chemically treated make-up water 10800 t,and save 1243 t standard coal,having remarkable economic benefits.
