锅炉尾部烟道漏风原因分析与治理措施

摘要 张家口发电厂8台机组投运多年,吸风机电流逐渐由90 A增长到130 A左右,机组能耗水平明显升高。通过现场勘察和运行分析发现锅炉煤质变差、水分增加使得空气预热器与电除尘器之间的尾部烟道腐蚀加重,造成大量漏点,使烟气流速过快,电除尘器入口处积灰严重,内部支撑严重腐蚀磨损、除尘器出力下降,严重威胁引风机的安全运行。利用新材料对磨损部位进行了治理,风机电流下降了20 A,取得了明显的节能环保效果。 Currents of induction fans of 8 units in Zhangjiakou Power Plant were increased gradually from 90 A to 130 A and energy losses raised rapidly. According to site survey and operation analysis, erosion of tail flue gas duct be- tween air preheator and eletrofilter caused leakage of flue gas,which accelerated the velocity of flue gas, piled dust on inlet of electrofiher, erased inner bearing and lower output of filter due to inferior quality or redundant of coal. Refor- mation using new material to repair erosion parts were given and current of fans decreased to 20 A. Energy conserva- tion and emission reduction were achieved.
