摘要
运用热平衡基本原理 ,建立了基于在线监测数据的热力计算模型。采用了在线热工参数的模糊表述和预处理 ,考虑煤质和负荷变化的影响。从机组运行的经济性出发 ,对受热面洁净因子的选取进行了深入地讨论。以衡水发电厂30 0MW机组为实时在线分析对象 ,开发并实现了在稳定工况下 30 0MW燃煤电厂锅炉对流受热面积灰结渣的计算机在线监测和优化吹灰指导。
According to the heat balance principle, the boiler thermal calculation model based on the on line operating data is presented. The on line data filtering pretreatment are built into the system. Effect of coal and boiler load variation are also taken into account. From the point of economic operation of the unit, adequate determination of the desired cleaning factors are discussed in detail. This paper presents the design and implementation of an ash monitoring and sootblowing advisory system for the 300?MW coal fired boiler in Hengshui Power Station.
