摘要
对白光散班法自动测量物体微小位移的理论依据进行了详细的分析,通过两次傅氏变换导出了包含位移信息的信号峰值的完全表达式,阐述了自动化测量的物理过程.
This paper presents a detailed theoretical analysis for automatic measurements of minute displacement by using method of white light speckle. A complete expression involving displacement information is derived by using Fourier transformatikon twice. Physical process of automatic measurements is interpreted.
