摘要
采用一种新的设计方案,研制、组装成一套具有高光学传输效率的傅里叶变换红外磁光光谱测试系统。介绍了该系统的结构和特点,并给出了检验的结果和典型的磁光光谱。
The FT-IR magneto-optical spectrometer with high optical transportation efficiency was developed by adopting a novel design. In the present paper, its construction and characteristics are described. The test results and a typical magneto-optical spectrum measured with it are given.
