摘要
首次提出了用激光散斑技术测量透明介质厚度的方法,导出了试件厚度与散斑位移量的关系,并做了比较实验。与一般的机械法测量相比,该方法具有灵敏度高、非接触测量等特点。
A method of measuring the transparent medium thicknese with laser speckletechnique is first put forward,and the relationship between sample thickness anddisplacement of laser speckle is derived and compared experimentally.Comparingwith general mechanical method,this method has the advantages of high sensitivityand noncotact measurement,etc.
