摘要
目的：评价BiPAP无创通气治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年1月~2010年5月在我科住院的21例患者,诊断为Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭,分析应用BiPAP无创通气治疗前后的疗效,评价该治疗方法的临床效果。结果：患者治疗前的基础情况和血气指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,应用BiPAP无创通气治疗后动脉血pH、氧分压（PaO2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）、HCO3-、SaO2均明显改善。结论：BiPAP无创通气可显著改善呼吸衰竭患者机体缺氧的状态,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of BiPAP noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods：To select 21 cases of type Ⅱ respiratory failure hospitalized in our department from January 2009 to May 2010.The effects before and after treatment by BiPAP non-invasive ventilation were analyzed and evaluated.Results：The basic condition and blood gas indexes had no statistical difference before treatment（P0.05）.After the treatment by BiPAP non-invasive ventilation,arterial blood pH,oxygen partial pressure（PaO2）,carbon dioxide partial pressure（PaCO2）,HCO3-and SaO2 were significantly improved.No dead case occurred.Conclusion：BiPAP non-invasive ventilation can significantly improve the anoxic status in the patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure,which is a safe and effective treatment method.
