摘要
目的:探讨动态监测CA125与早期预测先兆流产妊娠结局是否存在相关性。方法:选择孕6～8周的单胎妊娠孕妇118例,包括正常妊娠者(对照组)45例、先兆流产继续妊娠组55例,先兆流产妊娠失败组18例。测定其孕6、7、8周时的血清CA125,进行比对。结果:先兆流产失败组血清CA125水平明显高于对照组和先兆流产继续妊娠组p均<0.01。结论:测定血清CA125对预测先兆流产的妊娠结局有一定参考价值。
