摘要
测定了阳江市4000多名1~7岁幼儿园幼儿发中的Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mn和Pb等6种元素含量,详细研究了其微量元素含量水平分布,发现该市幼儿上述元素含量均明显偏离正常范围,特别是Zn和Pb的不合格率均在50%以上。计算机多因素识别法研究指出,阳江市幼儿发中上述元素与微量元素总体水平较好的深圳市相比,存在着显著性差异,其微量元素谱确实有较大区别,样本点在模式空间的聚集区域不同,周界比较清楚。
The content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn and Pb in the hair of 4000 children aged 1~7 from Yangjiang was determined and studied.The results showed that the content of these trace elements was out of the normal standard ranges,especially the substandard rates of Zn and Pb were up to 50%.There is an obvious difference of the trace elements content in hair between the children from Yangjiang city and Shenzhen city.
