摘要
以人发为材料．探讨了帕金森氏病与微量元素的关系．采集了60例患者头发和50例健康人头发，用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱仪进行测定，结果发现，患者组头发铜、锌、铁、锰明显低于对照组（P＜0．01）．患者组轻、中、重分型病人的头发微量元素变比有一定的规律。上述结果提示微量元素与帕金森氏病有重要关系。
The relationship between Parkinsons' disease and trace elements in human hair wasstudied. Hair from sixty patients with Parkinsons' disease and fifty normal people was collected and determined by ICP-AES. The result shows that the content of Cu, Zn. Fe, Mnin patients' hair is significantly lower than that in hair of normal people as control (P <0.01). Certain low was found in the change of trace elements in hair of patients at slight,middle, serious stage. It indicates that trace elements have important relation withParkinsons' disease.
