摘要
在讨述了用于测量物体位移(平移)的频谱分析的理论依据基础上,提出了用于实测物体位移的测量原理。介绍了为实现该原理运用CCD及计算机组成的实测硬件系统及其软件编制思想。给出了物体平移运动的实测数据,并分析了形成该方法测量误差的主要原因。通过实验表明该方法是十分可行的。
On the theoretical foundation of frequency spectrum analysis for object displacement measurement, the paper presents the measurement principle for the practical measurement of object displacement. In order to realize the principle it also introduces the hardware system consisting of a CCD camera and a personal computer and its software programming ideas. Some practical measurement data of object translation are given. The key error element of Fourier frequency spectrum analysis is also analyzed at the end of this paper. The data show that this method is acceptable.
