摘要
目的研究复杂产品内部构件状态的自动检测方法.方法依据X射线成像和数字图像处理技术,通过对预处理后标准样本图像的特征提取,得到复杂产品内部构件的状态特征,并采用模式识别方法由这些状态特征建立状态识别模型,依据识别模型,完成产品内部构件状态的自动分类识别.结果利用所建立的特征库和构件状态识别模型,提出了一种构件状态自动无损检测方法.结论该方法对于自动检测复杂产品内部构件状态具有普遍意义.
Aim\ To study the automatic testing method for detecting the status of interior components within complex products. Methods\ By means of radiography and digital image processing, extracting characters from the images of standard samples of products after pretreatment, the status characters of interior components within assembled products can be obtained. Based on these status characters set up status discriminating model of components with pattern recognition, through which the goal of dealing with information and sorting products automatically is achieved. Results\ A nondestructive testing method which can automatically classify and identify the status of interior components within complex products is put forword. Conclusion\ This method will be avaliable to similar problems of status detection within assembled products.
