摘要
提出一种通过时间来测量位移的方法和原理 ,依此原理研制了新型的位移传感器 .试验研究表明 :此类传感器精度高 ,稳定性强 ,重复性和长期性能好 。
A new method to the measurement of displacement by using a time interval is presented, and a new type of sensor is made on the basis of these principles. As the results of experiments, the sensor has strong stability and high precision, it is very suitable for long-period displacement condition monitoring.
