摘要
2006年8月,德国政府出台的高新科技战略是德国第一个国家科技创新战略,它涵盖了德国国家全部的创新科技政策。本轮金融和经济危机给德国经济带来巨大挑战。2010年7月,德国发布的高新科技2020战略则注重强调将科技创新的效益更多地惠及大众。我国正大力发展高新科技,可以从德国的发展中吸取有益的经验。
The ＂High-Tech Strategy for Germany＂,presented in August 2006,is Germany＇s first overarching national innovation strategy.The Strategy bundles together all of the German government＇s measures in the field of innovation and technology policy.The financial and economic crisis is presenting Germany with enormous challenges.Developing the ＂High-Tech Strategy 2020＂,presented in July 2010,is to be oriented more on the benefits of technological change for people.China will vigorously develop High-Technology and can learn from the experience of Germany.
