摘要
文化产业被称作是21世纪全球最有前途的产业之一。近年来,许多发达国家都将文化产业作为经济发展的支柱产业。中国—东盟自由贸易区将是一个拥有20亿人口,国民生产总值接近2万亿,贸易总量达到1.2万亿美元,世界上最大的自由贸易区,在此基础上建立中国—东盟文化产业合作区有着十分深远的意义。文化产业的发展离不开消费的需求和投资的拉动,探讨文化产业发展的核心问题——融资问题,需要从区域宏观形势、资金供给、需求和供需的有效衔接等方面进行分析,研究影响当前中国—东盟文化产业发展的各种不利因素,并积极探索全方位的融资渠道。
Culture industry is regarded as one of the most prosperous industries in 21st century ,which has played an dominant role in the development of economy of many developed countries.With a population of two billion and a huge GNP volume（2,000 billion） as well as comparatively significant overall trade volume（1,200 billion）.CAFTA is becoming the largest Free Trade Area all over the world .In this case, to establish a zone of cultural and industrial cooperation of China and ASEAN is full of great signifi-cance.As is known to us all, consumption and investment are the indispensable factors in promotion of culture industry.Thus, this essay lays much emphasis on the financing problems with the cooperation, focusing on four main aspects including global environ-ment, finance supply and demand, and the links between the two.Afterwards, gradually lays bare some deficiencies in the develop-ment of culture industry in CAFTA.To this end, seeks to adopt various measures to lick the problems reasonably and effectively.
