摘要
为了选择合理的露天煤矿防洪工程方案,按照多级模糊评价的要求,建立了防洪工程评价指标的递阶层次结构,利用层次分析法确定了不同层次指标间的权重分配,采用专家打分的办法建立了单因素评价模糊矩阵,最后经过模糊合成运算确定了各个方案的优劣程度。结果表明,该方法合理有效,在露天煤矿防洪工程方案决策分析方面具有重要的应用价值。
In order to select the reasonable flood control works in open pit coal mines,hierarchical structure of flood control evaluation indicators was established according to the requirement of multi-level fuzzy evaluation.Weight allocation among indicators in different levels was determined by analytic hierarchy process and the single factor evaluation matrix was gained by the expert scoring method.Finally,the goodness of every alternative was obtained by the synthetic operation of the fuzzy vector.The result shows that the method is reasonable and effective,which has an important value in the decision-making for flood control in open pot coal mines.
