摘要
针对在防洪规划后评价中,如何准确的从众多信息中选出与后评价目标密切相关因素的问题,利用神经网络的性质,结合传统的专家咨询方法,将贡献变量分析方法应用于规划后评价的指标选择过程中。通过分析输入变量对输出的贡献大小,排除不合理变量,达到合理建模的目的。对实际问题的应用结果证实了此法的有效性。
For the problem of how to exactly choose correlative nearly factors from numerous information in post-appraisal of flood control plan- ning by the characteristics of neural network and combining traditional expert consultation method, contributive variable analysis method was applied in selecting the index for planning post appraisal. By analyzing the input variable contribution for output, unreasonable variable was eliminated and the rational model was set up. The analysis of example showed that the method is effective.
