摘要
在建立城市防洪规划方案综合评判的层次结构模型基础上,以层次分析法和灰色系统理论为依据,建立了层次灰色耦合评判模型,并通过实例选择防洪规划方案。结果表明,该模型合理有效,在水资源系统工程实践中具有重要的理论意义和广泛的使用价值。
Social, economic, environmental and technical factors involved in different levels must be taken into account in comprehensivelyevaluatingurban flood control planning projects. The coupled hierarchical and gray model based on analytic hierarchical process and grey systemtheoryis suggested after the formation of the hierarchical structure modelfor urban flood control planning,by which the projects are comprehensively evaluated in one dimensional space through translatingthe urban flood control planning evaluation multi-goal system into a single-goal problem. The results of a case are satisfactory, so the model established in this paper is feasible and resultful, and can be widely used in water resources system engineering practices.
