基于“五大转变”的高新区产业集群竞争力提升路径研究

摘要培育产业集群竞争力进而形成创新集群的新优势是国家高新区"二次创业"的重要任务。扎实推进"五大转变"是国家高新区提升产业集群竞争力的重要路径,即推进产业集群由一般向特色转变、由"扎堆"向分工协作机制转变、由低端向高端转变、由个体和组织内部学习向集群学习转变、由生产驱动向创新驱动转变。
