摘要
创建高新技术开发园区是20世纪发展高新技术产业的重要创举。产业集群对高新区的发展起着重要推动作用,21世纪我国高新区的发展有赖于产业集群的形成。本文指出了我国高新区产业集群发展过程中存在的问题,并针对所存在的问题提出了对策。
The establishment of the hi-tech park is the pioneering work for the development of the hi-tech industry in the 20th century. Enterprise groups promote the development of the hi-tech park in the 21st century. The present paper points out some problems arising in the development of the enterprise groups in the hi-tech park and suggests some countermeasures to cope with those problems.
