摘要
创新机制是物流产业集群发展的重要动力机制之一。对物流产业集群的创新载体——创新网络进行概念界定与特征分析,阐释了物流产业集群创新网络的发展动因,以地方化知识积累和地方化学习为切入点剖析了基于创新网络的物流产业集群创新机制。最后,提出促进物流产业集群创新机制形成的政策建议。
The logistics resource integration-and-share mechanism is very important to the birth and development of logistics industrial cluster. The paper clarifies the concept and characteristics of the innovation network in logistics industrial cluster that is the main carrier of innovation at the beginning. Secondly, it expounds the driven-makers of innovation network in logistics industrial cluster. Thirdly, it emphatically probes into the innovation mechanism in logistics industrial cluster on the perspective of localization knowledge accumulation and localization learning. Finally, it gives some suggestions for the government to accelerate the development of innovation mechanism in logistics industrial cluster.
