摘要
科技成果转化及知识管理的研究基础出发,对技术中介和技术中介组织模式进行了界定,构建了科技成果转化的三种技术中介组织模式即:技术中介组织的知识递进学习模式、技术中介组织的知识共享联盟模式和技术中介组织的知识孵化模式,这对建立科技成果转化的持续竞争优势,提高科技成果转化效率和效果具有重要的指导意义。
Based on a review of the research of transformation of scientific and technological achievements（TSTA） and knowledge management of the domestic and foreign experts in the two fields,this paper defines the technical intermediary and technology intermediary organization mode and constructs three modes of TSTA for technology intermediary organizations： knowledge progressive learning mode,knowledge sharing alliance mode and knowledge incubation model.The result of the paper has important guiding significance in establishing the sustained competitive advantages of TSTA and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of TSTA.
