摘要
将知识组织的相关技术运用到科技成果转化的过程中,可以有效提高科技成果转化的效率和效益。技术经纪人应按知识运转模式进行知识组织,以促进知识创新;利用元数据来组织知识,以促进知识共享;采用专家系统来组织知识,以促进知识孵化;开展基于本体的知识组织,以促进科技成果转化。
The application of related techniques of knowledge organization to the commercialization of research findings can effectively promote the efficiency and profit of the commercialization. Technique broker ＇should organize knowledge ac- cording to the mode of commercialization to promote knowledge creation; by means of metadata to promote the sharing of knowledge; through expert system to improve knowledge incubation and developing ontological knowledge organization to promote the commercialization of research findings.
