摘要 介绍了A5B4O15型六方钙钛矿陶瓷的结构,综述了该体系A位、B位和A、B位复合取代改性,以及添加烧结助剂和湿化学法制备高活性粉体低温烧结等方面的研究进展,基于目前研究中存在的问题,指出A5B4O15新型化合物的开发以及机理方面的研究是今后的主要研究方向。 The structure of A5B4O15-type hexagonal perovskites are introduced,A and B site substitution and cosubstitution of this system,and low-temperature sintering by addition of sintering additives and preparing high active powder by means of wet-chemical method are reviewed.The existed problems in present researches are pointed out,and the future prospects in the development of A5B4O15 new-type compounds and mechanism research are proposed.
