摘要
A4B3O12型B位缺位六方钙钛矿陶瓷是一类新型性能可调的中等介电常数微波介电陶瓷,有望在现代移动通讯系统基站中得到应用。在介绍A4B3O12型钙钛矿陶瓷的结构特征和系列端元化合物微波介电性能研究的基础上,总结了不同离子占位对陶瓷性能的影响,并在最后对该类陶瓷将来的研究方向进行了展望。
A4B3O12-type B-site cation-deficient hexagonal perovskite ceramics is a novel kind of microwave dielectric ceramics with medium permittivity and tunable properties, and there is a big potential to use this material in the base station of wireless communication system. In this paper, the crystal structure and the microwave dielectric properties of some A4B3O12-type hexagonal perovskite ceramics were introduced first, and then the effects of A-site substitution, B-site substitution and co-substitution on the properties of this ceramics were summarized, and finally the future research trends of this ceramics were proposed.
