摘要
目的:建立北细辛中L-芝麻脂素和L-细辛脂素的含量测定方法,为该药材提供质量控制标准。方法:以醋酸乙酯为溶剂,加热回流120min提取;用HPLC法测定:使用HypersilBDSC18色谱柱(250mm×46mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(50∶50),流速12mL·min-1,检测波长:287nm,纸速:2mm·min-1,进样量:10μL,外标法定量。结果:两组分的平均回收率分别为芝麻脂素1004%(RSD=19%)和细辛脂素1002%(RSD=16%)。结论:方法快速简便,结果准确,可用于细辛药材质量控制。
Objective: To establish an accurate method for the determination of L-sesamin and L-asarinin in Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum(Maxim)Kitag.
