摘要
目的比较栽培的辽细辛与野生辽细辛的质量差异。方法通过研究其挥发油含量和使用HPLC法测定细辛脂素含量,对辽细辛的栽培样品和野生样品进行分析。结果两种细辛脂素含量均达到《药典》标准,但栽培细辛的挥发油含量未达到《药典》标准。
Objective To compare the quality discrepancy of the growing and wild Asarum heterotropoides. Methods By study the volatile oil content and use HPLC method to test the asarinin content to compare the quality of the growing and wild sample. Results The asarinin content both of them accord to the criterion of pharmacopoeia of china, but the volatile oil content of the growing Asarum heterotropoides not accord to the criterion of pharmacopoeia of China.
