摘要
用气相色谱/富里叶变换红外(GC/FTIR)联用法对救心油中樟脑和薄荷脑进行了定性、定量分析。以50m×0.32mm I.D和30m×0.25mm I.D.固定相SE30的石英毛细管为气相色谱柱,He为载气,用GC/IR接口中MCT(汞、镉、碲)检测器和气相色谱仪中FID(氢火焰离子检测器)检测器。以外标工作曲线法完成了含量测定。工作曲线相关系数均大于0.998,平均回收率分别为:樟脑101.8%,薄荷脑101.3%,变异系数分别为2.5%和0.4%。
Camphor and menthol contained in Jiuxin Oil were subjected to analysis by gas chromatography-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (GC/FTIR) by using 50m×0.32 mm I.D or 30m×0.25 mm I.D. fuseds silica capillary columns packed with SE-30, FID detector, helium carrier gas, and MCT (mercurycadmium-telluride) detector mounted in GC/FTIR interface. Good results could be obtained by using external standard working curve method, the coefficients of correlation were all over 0.998, the average recoveries of camphor and menthol were 101.8%, and 101.3% and the coefficients of variation were 2.5% and 0.4% respectively.
